The Goal at IFI:
Our goal at IFI is to change people's lives by giving them skills they need to be successful. We are a small, but growing, group of consultants and sales professionals with experience working with some of the world's top corporations and organizations. Our expertise is in knowing what organizations need to do to be profitable. We know how to transfer skills to business professionals, skills that will improve they way organizations run.
History of IFI
IFI was formed in 1995 by four partners. These partners had worked for other training companies and weren't satisfied with the attention given to clients, or individual participants. We believe we can make a difference by giving individuals the skills they need to succeed in life. Our goal at IFI is to change the world . . . one individual at a time.
We have built a curriculum of workshops to transfer skills in the areas of Communication, Leadership, Sales, and "Winning Ways" (a curriculum of Team Building, Change Management, and Diversity). Our clients come from a variety of industries, including: Insurance, Telecommunications, Banking/Financial, Aerospace, High-Tech Electronics, and Manufacturing.
In 1997 the partnership changed making us a woman-owned business. We continue to offer the highest quality training with exceptional value.
