We will also provide you with information concerning other homes your area that are currently for sale. This enables you to price your house competitively for quicker sale.

• Second, we'll help you pepare your home for showing. When selling your home, presentation can make it or break it. Having an experienced eye walk through to point out positives and negatives will be helpful to you as you prepare to sell your home.

• Third, we'll create and print color flyers. Proper advertising of your home to interested parties driving by often brings in buyers. A flyer that is eye-catching with the appropriate information leads prospective buyers to come into your home looking. We will consult with you on the style and content of your flyers, take interior & exterior pictures, and provide them for you to use for additional distribution at the office.

• Fourth, we'll list your home on the MLS. This gives your home exposure to literally thousands of realtors and their buyers, as well as those buyers browsing the internet in search of their perfect home. • Fifth, we'll publish your home in the local Real Estate Magazines-- free (to the public), professional magazines distributed throughout the community. (only 2% of listed homes are advertised by their realtors in the Real Estate Book). Again, this gives your home more exposure to the public.

• Sixth, we'll distribute your flyer to the desk of every Realtor in Utah County. We utilize a flyer service that gets the information about your house to every Realtor in the county. This provides a personal net-working service that lets other Realtors know that your house is available.
